When do you choose this product?
When should you use a spiral sketchbook?
A spiral sketchbook is ideal when you want to quickly flip between different sketches and drawings. Thanks to the spiral at the top, you can easily hold the book and turn the pages smoothly without the book falling open. This 148 x 210 mm (A5) format is perfect for sketching on the go, studies and first ideas.
Why choose this A5 format?
The A5 format offers the perfect balance between working space and portability. At 148 x 210 mm, you have enough room for detailed sketches, yet the book remains compact enough to take along in your bag. The 30 sheets give you plenty of pages for an extended drawing period without the book becoming too thick.
Paper suitable for different techniques
This sketchbook has a paper weight of 180 g/m² and a light tooth, making it very suitable for pastel, charcoal and conté. The acid-free, pure white paper ensures your drawings won't discolour over time. The light tooth provides just enough texture to hold pigment well without being too rough for fine line drawings.
Practical tip for use
Thanks to the spiral at the top, you can use the book both landscape and portrait without your hand catching on the spiral while drawing. The paper is very durable, which means you can also work with an eraser without damaging the paper. Store the book with the spiral facing up to prevent distortion.
