Handy date stamp that gives your documents the correct date in one click. Self-inking and ready to use straight away, with a year band that lasts 12 years.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The COLOP Mini-Dater S 120 is a date stamp that lets you quickly and consistently print a date on documents, delivery notes or forms. Thanks to the self-inking system, you don't need to pick up a separate ink pad: every impression comes out sharp and even straight away. This makes the stamp suitable for situations where you regularly need to apply dates, such as goods receipt registration or internal administration.
Why this size?
With an impression size of approximately 20 x 4 mm, this stamp is compact enough to use on smaller documents or in margins, without the date dominating the paper. The plastic housing keeps the stamp lightweight in use, which is comfortable if you pick it up several times a day. This size suits applications where you want a clear but not overly dominant date impression.
Important to know: language and duration
The months are shown in letters following German date notation, which is relevant if you draft documents for a German-speaking market or administration. Be aware of this if you use the stamp for Dutch-language correspondence, as the date display has not been adapted to the Dutch format. The year band in the stamp can be used for a period of 12 years, so you won't need to replace this part any time soon.
Practical tip
The stamp is supplied including a black stamp
