When do you need suspension files with multiple compartments?
Suspension files are indispensable when you want to keep documents organised in suspension file cabinets or drawer units. This ELBA Ultimate suspension file with 5 tabs is ideal for categorising different document types within one project or file. For example, you can keep contracts, correspondence, invoices, quotations and reports separate for each tab.

Why choose a 5-tab variant?
With 5 tabs in one suspension file, you create a complete mini archive for more complex files. This prevents you needing several loose suspension files for one subject, which saves space and improves overview. The separate compartments ensure that related documents stay together without different document types getting mixed up.

Sturdy construction for long-term use
The 240 gram per square metre card guarantees that the suspension file keeps its shape, even with regular use. The dehntasche (expandable pocket) at the back offers extra storage space for thicker documents. This robust design prevents the suspension file from sagging or tearing when transporting documents.

Practical organisation with included accessories
The supplied visible tab and label inserts make it easy to recognise the contents of each suspension file at a glance. You receive 5 pieces in a pack, which is practical for setting up a complete filing system. These suspension files fit all standard suspension file cabinets and A4 drawer units.
