Handy document wallets in six cheerful colours (anise green, yellow, light blue, pink, red and violet) for organised filing in DIN long format. With a press-stud closure you keep all your papers neatly together, 30 pieces in one good-value pack.
When do you choose this product?
What are these document wallets and when do you need them?
Document wallets are useful when you want to protect loose papers, letters or forms and keep them organised. The Iderama wallets from EXACOMPTA are made for DIN long format, the standard size for C5/6 envelopes and folded A4 documents. This makes them a good fit for stacks of correspondence, quotes or receipts that you want to keep neatly organised.
Why this format and this model?
DIN long format (210 x 100 mm) is precisely suited to documents you fold in thirds, such as letters and invoices. The press-stud closure ensures the contents don't simply slide out of the wallet, even if you store it upright in a drawer or bag. Each wallet has room for up to 100 sheets, so you can also keep slightly thicker files in them.
Honest about the material
The wallets are made of PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.20 mm. This is a relatively lightweight film that protects documents against dust and small splashes of liquid, but it is not intended for heavy use or long-term archiving where sturdiness is essential. For daily sorting and transport, this material is well suited.
Practical tip: colour coding in the set
The set contains 30 wallets in six assorted colours: anise green, yellow, light blue, pink, red and violet. This makes them immediately usable as a colour-coding system, for example by project, department or document type. Because the colours are already set in the packaging, it is worth deciding in advance which colour you will assign to which category so you get the most out of the set.
