Sustainable and practical: these FOREVER document folders made from 100% recycled paper keep your documents neatly sorted. With 100 pieces in the box, you have plenty of stock for all your archiving.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders?
You use document folders to store loose documents in an organised way in suspension files or archive boxes. They protect important papers from folding and tearing, while ensuring a neat presentation of your files. This type of folder is indispensable for administrative processes and document management.
Why choose this A4 format?
The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm make these folders perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format offers enough space around your papers so that they do not stick out or get damaged. With 100 pieces in one pack, you immediately have sufficient stock for large administrative projects.
Sustainable thanks to 100% recycled material
These document folders are made entirely of recycled cardboard with a weight of 170 grams per square metre. This provides enough sturdiness to protect documents, while you simultaneously make an environmentally friendly choice. The grey material looks professional and is less prone to stains than white variants.
Practical tip for optimal use
Store these document folders in a dry place to preserve the quality of the recycled cardboard. Thanks to the neutral grey colour, you can easily combine them with different coloured labels for a clear filing system. Be careful not to put too many documents in one folder to prevent tearing.
