What does this binder do, and when do you need it?

A binder is indispensable as soon as you want to store and retrieve documents in a structured way. This EXACOMPTA Premium-Or in A4 format is suitable for standard A4 documents and, with a spine width of 50 mm, offers ample space for a sizeable stack of paper. Think of project files, invoices or administration you consult regularly.

Why this version with PP film?

The outside of this binder is made of polypropylene (PP film), a material that is resistant to moisture and withstands daily use better than cardboard alternatives. The finish is called Prem'Touch, which points to a well-kept, sturdy exterior. Thanks to the built-in edge protection, the corners and edges stay intact, even if the binder is taken out of a cupboard often.

The 2-ring lever-arch mechanism: what does that mean in practice?

Instead of the more common 4-ring variant, this binder works with a 2-ring lever-arch mechanism. This means your documents hang from two rings, which makes inserting and removing paper easy. The punched finger hole in the spine lets you pull the binder easily from a row of books or a cupboard without having to squeeze or push.

Practical tip: spine label and packaging

The spine label of this binder is replaceable, so you can relabel the binder if the contents change. That is handy if you reuse binders for a new project or another year. Please note: this product is supplied in boxes of 10, which makes it a good choice if you need several binders at once for a complete filing system in the same colour, blue.
