What does this folder do and when do you need it?

A folder is essential when you want to store paper documents in a structured way and find them quickly. This EXACOMPTA folder in lilac is suitable for A4 documents and, with a spine width of 50 mm, offers enough capacity for a substantial stack of paper. Think of project files, invoices or administration that you want to keep organised within reach.

Why this PP version?

The folder is made of polypropylene (PP film), a plastic material that is sturdier and more moisture-resistant than ordinary cardboard. This makes it suitable for intensive use, for example at a workplace where folders are regularly taken out and put back. The edge protection also ensures that the corners and edges are not easily damaged, which benefits its lifespan.

What does the 2-ring lever-arch mechanism mean in practice?

The lever-arch mechanism makes it easy to insert and remove documents without having to use much force. With two rings, you keep your papers neatly in order and prevent loose sheets from shifting. The perforated filing hole in the spine also makes it easy to pull the folder out of a full cupboard without having to move the whole row.

Practical tip: replaceable spine label and packaging

The spine label on this folder is replaceable, so you can easily relabel the contents if a file gets a different purpose. This is useful if you reuse folders for different projects or periods. The folders are supplied in packs of 10, which is good value if you want to equip several workplaces or set up a complete filing system in a recognisable colour.
