When do you need a presentation folder?
You use a presentation folder when you want to present and protect your documents in an orderly way. This format is ideal for reports, portfolios, product catalogues or training materials where you want to separate different sections. The folders are suitable for professional presentations where you want to display information in a structured way.

Why choose this 8-pack in assorted colours?
This set of 8 folders in different colours (blue, dark blue, yellow, black, red, green, dark green and purple) gives you a practical colour-coding system. You can assign a different project, department or subject to each colour, which greatly improves the organisation and recognition of documents. This is especially useful in office environments where several projects run at the same time.

What does the polypropylene construction offer?
The cover is made of opaque polypropylene with a thickness of 300 microns, which ensures durability and privacy for your documents. The soft material prevents scratches on other documents and is flexible enough to withstand frequent use. The lightly textured and anti-reflective sleeves ensure that your documents remain easy to read, even under different lighting conditions.

Practical tip for optimal use
Use the colour coding consistently, for example by always choosing the same colour for the same type of document. The anti-reflective property of the sleeves makes these folders particularly suitable for presentations where you view the folder under different lighting, such as during meetings or client discussions.
