When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sorting folder?
A sorting folder is used to keep documents neatly organised and easy to take with you. This EXACOMPTA model with 3 flaps and an inner pocket is ideal when you want to keep different categories of paperwork separate, such as quotations, contracts, invoices or project documents. The elastic closure ensures your papers stay securely in place, even on the move.
Why choose this model?
The 3 flaps and inner pocket in the cover give you extra storage for loose notes or important documents that need to remain quickly accessible. The A4 format of 240 x 320 mm fits standard office paper perfectly.
Sturdy 500 micron PP construction
The cover is made of polypropylene (PP) with a thickness of 500 microns, ensuring durability with regular use. This material withstands daily use and protects your documents against moisture and creasing. The elastic closure holds everything firmly in place, even when the folder is full.
Practical colour coding
You receive the folders sorted in four colours: black, blue, red and green, packed in sets of 10. This colour coding makes it possible to visually distinguish different projects or departments. Store the folders upright in a filing cabinet or lay them flat in a drawer for optimal accessibility of your sorted documents.
