When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders?
Document folders are essential for keeping loose papers, reports and project files organised. You use them when you want to protect documents from dirt and creases, or when you want to keep different projects separate. This EXACOMPTA set is ideal for offices that regularly handle large volumes of documents and need a large stock of folders.
Why choose this large set of 150 pieces?
With 150 document folders in one set, you are well stocked with organisational material for a long time. These colour-sorted folders help you visually distinguish between different categories or projects. It is a cost-effective solution for businesses, schools or institutions that handle a lot of documentation on an ongoing basis and do not want to reorder small quantities all the time.
Two sizes for different applications
This set contains folders in two different paper weights and sizes. The sturdier folders of 160 g/m² measuring 240 x 320 mm offer extra protection for important documents. The lighter 60 g/m² variant (220 x 310 mm) is suitable for temporary storage or less delicate papers. Both sizes are adapted for A4 documents.
Sustainable choice with practical benefits
The folders are made from 100% recycled material, which contributes to an environmentally friendly office setup. Thanks to the colour coding, you can quickly locate the right file without having to leaf through all the folders. Store the folders in a dry place and avoid overloading them to extend their lifespan.
