With this complete drawing set from Faber-Castell, you can start your next sketching project straight away. You get various pencils and pastel colours in one set, so you can vary your line work and shading. Ideal if you're looking for quality materials without making separate purchases.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a complete drawing set?
This Faber-Castell drawing set is ideal when you want to start drawing or expand your drawing skills with different materials. You get access to both graphite and coloured pencils in one go, allowing you to explore a range of drawing techniques without having to buy separate materials.
Why this 6-piece composition is useful
The set combines a GOLDFABER 2B pencil for basic sketches with PITT pastel pencils in classic colours such as red chalk and sepia. This lets you move from simple sketches to more finished drawings with colour accents. The white pastel pencil provides highlights and lighting effects in your work.
The difference between oil base and oil-free pencils
This set includes both a PITT OIL BASE pencil and oil-free PITT PASTELL pencils. The oil base variant gives a more intense colour and is harder to erase, while the oil-free pastel pencils are softer and easier to blend. This difference gives you flexibility in your drawing techniques.
Practical tip for use
The included paper blending stump is essential for blurring graphite and pastel. With it you can create soft transitions and shadows in your drawings. Store the pencils in a case or pencil holder to protect the tips, especially the softer pastel varieties, which can break more easily.
