What is iridescent cardboard and when do you use it?
Iridescent cardboard has a special coating that changes colour depending on the light and the viewing angle. You use it for projects where you want to create a striking, colour-shifting effect, such as creative craft projects, card making or decorative elements.

Why choose this size and weight?
With a size of 500×700 mm, this cardboard offers enough space for larger projects or for cutting out several smaller pieces. The weight of 250 g/m² provides sturdiness without the cardboard becoming too thick to work with. This makes it suitable for folding, cutting and gluing.

The iridescent effect and white reverse
The front has an iridescent coating that shows different shades of colour, while the back remains white. This gives you flexibility in your design: you can use the iridescent side for the main effect and the white side for text or other details. The one-sided nature means you need to consider which side will be visible in your finished result.

Practical details for your project
You receive 10 sheets, each with an individual EAN code for easy identification. This is handy if you use multiple colours or sizes in one project. Store the sheets flat and protected from scratches to keep the iridescent coating intact. Because of the relatively large format, you can use the material economically by planning carefully how you place your designs on it.
