This yellow cardboard document wallet keeps your documents securely organised with handy elastic bands and inside flaps. Ideal for transporting or temporarily storing A4 paper in the office.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A document wallet is essential when you want to keep and transport loose documents neatly, without them creasing or getting lost. This A4 wallet is ideal for organising important papers, contracts, invoices or project documents that you need regularly.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format is a perfect fit for the most commonly used document size in offices and home-working situations. You can insert standard letters, printed reports and other A4 documents without folding or trimming, so everything continues to look professional.
Benefit of the double elastic closure
The 2 rubber elastic closures keep your document wallet securely closed, even when it is full of papers. This prevents documents from falling out during transport or storage. The elastic bands hold their shape well and last a long time with regular use.
Practical layout with 3 compartments
The 3 inner flaps allow you to keep different types of documents separated within a single wallet. For example, you can organise incoming post, outgoing correspondence and drafts each in a separate compartment. This makes it much easier to quickly find specific documents than with a standard folder without compartments.
