What do universal labels do and when do you need them?
Universal labels are used for labelling folders, boxes, products or correspondence. These HERMA labels are suitable when you need a reliable, permanent adhesive that won't come loose. Thanks to the white design with a border, they look professional and remain easy to read after printing.

Why the 97.0 × 33.8 mm size is practical
This size offers enough room for text and codes, without taking up too much space on your documents or products. With 16 labels per A4 sheet, you work efficiently, as you can print several labels at once. The dimensions fit well on standard folders, boxes and many other office supplies.

Permanent adhesion and wide printer compatibility
These labels have a permanent adhesive layer, which means they won't come off without causing damage. They are suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers, colour laser printers and copiers. The chlorine-free bleached paper gives a neutral white colour that looks good with all printing methods.

Practical tip for optimal use
You receive 1,600 labels spread over 100 A4 sheets, which comes to 16 labels per sheet. Use word processing or label printing software to create templates that fit the dimensions perfectly. Store unused sheets dry and flat to prevent curling, so they pass through your printer without problems.
