What does a sit-stand desk do for your posture?
An electrically height-adjustable desk such as this Move 3 fresh lets you alternate between sitting and standing throughout your working day. By adjusting the height from 720 to 1,200 mm, you create a healthier working posture and reduce the strain on your back and neck.

Why choose this 120×80 cm size?
These dimensions give you enough workspace for a laptop or monitor, keyboard and mouse, plus some office supplies. The 120×80 cm size fits well in most office environments without taking up too much space, while still allowing you to work comfortably.

How strong is the electric adjustment?
The T-shaped frame with electric controls can support up to 100 kg, which is more than sufficient for standard office equipment and personal items. The 19 mm thick worktop with melamine resin coating and 2 mm ABS edging provides a stable work surface that withstands daily use.

Practical tip for installation
The desk is delivered disassembled and has a Eurostecker connection. Make sure you allow enough time for assembly and check that you have a suitable power socket nearby. The white T-frame combines well with the graphite worktop and suits modern office environments.
