Why choose a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk allows you to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the working day. This helps you adopt a more active working posture and prevents the adverse effects of prolonged sitting. The Move 3 fresh model is electrically adjustable, so you can switch between working and standing positions easily and quickly.

The right size for your workspace
With dimensions of 1600×800 mm, this desk offers sufficient working space for a complete workstation with computer, documents and accessories. The height is electrically adjustable between 720 and 1200 mm, making it suitable for users of different heights. These dimensions make the desk ideal for most home offices and professional workspaces.

Sturdy construction with practical details
The white T-shaped frame provides a stable base, while the 19 mm thick worktop with melamine resin coating can withstand daily use. The 2 mm thick ABS edging protects the table edges against damage. With a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, you can comfortably place all your work essentials on the desk without worrying about stability.

Simple installation and connection
The desk is delivered disassembled, allowing for compact shipping. For the electric height adjustment, you only need a standard Euro plug – no special power supply required. Assembly does require some technical skill, but ultimately results in a professional workstation that can be fully adjusted to your ergonomic preferences.
