What does this sit-stand desk do?
An electrically height-adjustable sit-stand desk helps you vary your working posture throughout the day. By regularly alternating between sitting and standing, you improve your posture and reduce the strain of prolonged sitting. This desk is ideal for home workers and office employees who want to be more mindful about their workspace ergonomics.

Why choose this format with extension?
The main desktop of 200×100 cm provides space for multiple monitors, a keyboard and documents. The 120×80 cm extension creates extra work space for a printer, telephone or personal belongings. This L-shaped setup is perfect if you carry out many different tasks and need more surface area than a standard rectangular desk.

How does the electric height adjustment work?
The two motors provide smooth height adjustment between 64 and 129 centimetres, with soft-start and soft-stop functions. This means the desk starts and stops gradually, which prevents vibrations and sudden movements. You can store four different heights in memory, which is handy if several people use the desk or if you have preferred fixed positions for different tasks.

Practical considerations for use
The T-shaped frame offers stable support for a total weight of up to 125 kilograms, including all your equipment. The 19 mm thick desktops give you a sturdy work surface that will not sag. The desk runs on a standard Euro plug, so you do not need any special power supply. Allow sufficient space around the desk for the L-shape and for movement while adjusting the height.
