When do you need a suspension file box?
A suspension file box is the ideal solution when you want to keep and transport regularly used A4 documents in an orderly way. This box offers a mobile filing solution for workspaces where there is little room for a full suspension file cabinet, or when you need to move documents between different locations.

Why exactly 15 suspension file capacity?
With space for 15 suspension files, this box offers the perfect balance between capacity and manageability. You can organise a complete project or an entire administrative category in one box without it becoming too heavy to carry. The dimensions of 356 x 370 x 282 mm ensure that the box stands stably and fits well in most office cabinets.

Durable construction with easy assembly
The box is made of core board with a PP film coating, which provides strength and protection against moisture. The clever push-button system allows assembly without tools - you simply click the box together. The nickel-plated edge protection reinforces the corners and ensures a longer service life, especially with frequent use.

Practical details for daily use
The integrated handle makes transport easy, while the label holder with included label inserts ensures clear identification of the contents. The labelling field on the front of the box helps you quickly find the right documents. This box works with standard A4 suspension files, which you purchase separately.
