What does this product do?
A Cat 6A network cable connects your computer, laptop or other devices to your router, switch or network port. You need this cable for a stable internet connection or to allow devices on your network to communicate with each other. Cat 6A supports faster data transfer than standard Cat 5e cables, making it suitable for modern office environments.

Why choose this SlimLine variant?
This cable has an extra-thin diameter of just 3.8 mm, so you can route it through tight spaces more easily than thick standard cables. The highly flexible LSZH-TPE sheath allows the cable to be bent without damage. This is useful when your network equipment is in a rack or when you need to run cables along furniture.

Shielding for a stable connection
The cable is fully shielded (U/FTP with PiMF technology), which means external signals cannot disrupt data transmission. The gold-plated contacts in the RJ45 plugs prevent corrosion and ensure a reliable connection over a long period. The nickel-plated shielding of the plugs contributes to signal stability.

Practical benefits in use
The extra-short RJ45 plugs take up less space in your switch or router, which is handy with equipment that has closely spaced ports. The green strain relief boots prevent the plugs from breaking, a common problem with intensive use. The cable is halogen-free and flame-retardant, which is safer in office environments.
