These handy index markers help you quickly find important documents. With the clear symbols, you can mark different categories, and the strong adhesive ensures they stay in place.
When do you choose this product?
What are sign flags and when do you use them?
Sign flags are self-adhesive tabs that you use to mark documents and find them quickly. You place them on the edge of pages to indicate important sections. These Post-it Index Symbol sign flags are specially designed for marking places where a signature is required.
Why choose this specific size?
With dimensions of 25,4 × 43,2 mm, these sign flags offer enough space for the symbol while remaining compact enough not to be intrusive. The yellow colour ensures good visibility without being too conspicuous. The 50 sheets per pad give you sufficient stock for regular use.
The 'Unterschrift' symbol as a practical aid
These sign flags feature the German word 'Unterschrift' (signature), which makes them ideal for marking contracts, forms and other documents that require signing. The symbol serves as a clear visual reminder for yourself or others to sign at that spot.
Practical application and reusability
You can easily reposition these sign flags without leaving any residue on the paper. They are suitable for use in office environments where many documents need to be signed, such as in HR departments, legal documents or administrative processes. The OEM reference 680-31 helps you reorder exactly the same product.
