A handy aid for your yoga or Pilates session at the office. The EVA foam provides firm support during exercises and fits easily in your bag for on the go.
When do you choose this product?
What does this yoga block do?
You use a yoga block as support during yoga, pilates and meditation sessions. It helps you hold certain poses for longer, make difficult positions more accessible and improve your balance. By placing the block under your hands, seat or other parts of your body, you bring the floor closer to you.
Why choose this compact size?
With dimensions of 225×150×75 mm, this block offers the right height for most exercises without being bulky. The size is ideal for beginners who need support with forward bends, seated positions and balance poses. Thanks to its compact format, you can easily take it to yoga classes or use it at home.
EVA foam core for stability
The block is made of EVA foam core, a material that is firm enough to bear your body weight without sinking in. This provides the stability you need during your exercises. At the same time, the material has a pleasant texture that doesn't feel slippery, so you maintain your grip during use.
Practical storage tip
Thanks to its compact dimensions, this yoga block fits easily into your sports bag or yoga bag. Store it in a dry place to keep the material in good condition. You can clean the block with a damp cloth after use, especially after intensive sessions when you have sweated a lot.
