When do you choose this product?
What is a delivery note with proof of receipt?
A delivery note with proof of receipt documents the delivery of goods and provides evidence that the recipient has accepted the products. This form is essential for businesses that deliver goods regularly and need a paper confirmation of successful deliveries.
Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format offers the perfect balance between ease of use and completeness. You have enough space for all the important delivery details without the form becoming unwieldy in size. This compact format fits easily into most folders and documentation files.
Advantage of self-copying paper
The self-copying system means you write on the first sheet and automatically get a carbon copy on the second sheet. Both sheets are fully printed with all the required fields. This saves time because you don't have to fill in the same information twice, and it prevents writing errors.
Practical features for everyday use
Each sheet has a punched hole for filing, so you can neatly store the forms in a ring binder. The micro-perforation allows you to tear the sheets out of the book easily and cleanly without ragged edges. With 2 × 40 sheets, you can document 80 deliveries per book.
