When do you need a delivery note with proof of receipt?
Use this form book when you deliver goods and want to receive a signed proof of receipt straight away. The self-copying system ensures that you automatically keep a copy when you fill in the original. This is essential for administrative control and proof of delivery.

Why choose the A6 format?
The compact A6 format is ideal for mobile use during deliveries. You can easily take the form book along in a bag or attach it to a clipboard. The format is large enough for all essential delivery information, yet remains manageable while filling it in on site at the customer's premises.

How does the self-copying system work?
The book contains 2 x 40 sheets, with both the first and second sheet printed. Thanks to the self-copying feature, everything you write on the top sheet automatically transfers to the sheet underneath. Each sheet has microperforation for easy tearing off and a punched hole for orderly filing.

Practical use in the field
The book has an integrated writing pad that you can fold out. This pad provides a stable writing surface, even when you have no desk or hard surface available. After filling it in, tear off the top sheet along the microperforation and hand it to the recipient, while you keep the carbon copy sheet for your own records.
