When do you choose this product?
When do you need transfer foils for textiles?
With these Sigel inkjet transfer foils, you can transfer your own designs, photos or texts onto light textiles such as white or light-coloured T-shirts. All you need is an inkjet printer and an iron to achieve professional results. This is ideal for making personalised clothing, promotional gifts or small runs of shirts.
Why specifically for light textiles?
These transfer foils have been specially developed for light fabrics – so light and white materials. On dark textiles the colours would not show up well, because the foil contains transparent elements that let the base fabric show through. For light fabrics, however, you get bright, vibrant colours that stand out clearly.
How does the ironing process work?
Application is done by ironing – so with an ordinary iron. You print your design mirror-image onto the foil, cut it out and iron it onto the desired spot on your textile. The heat from the iron ensures that the print bonds permanently to the fabric and becomes wash-resistant.
Practical benefits of this pack
You receive 12 sheets in A4 format: 6 sheets plus 6 sheets free. This A4 format is perfect for larger designs on the front or back of shirts. Make sure your inkjet printer is suitable for this type of foil, and always print a test on a scrap of fabric first to check the result.
