Keep your contacts organised with this practical business card folder. The A–Z index ensures you can find every card quickly, while the matt finish gives a professional appearance.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a business card folder?
A business card folder is indispensable if you regularly collect business cards at networking events, trade fairs or business meetings. Instead of keeping loose cards in your wallet or desk, you organise all your contacts neatly in one place. This prevents important contact details from getting lost or damaged.
Why choose this format with A-Z index?
This folder holds 200 business cards up to 90 x 58 mm, which is the standard size for Dutch and European business cards. The A-Z index makes the difference: you find contacts straight away in alphabetical order without having to search for long. This is especially useful if you have a growing network and regularly need certain contacts.
How does the 4-ring mechanism work?
The 4-ring mechanism ensures that the 25 supplied viewing sleeves fit securely and cannot fall out. The clear sleeves protect your business cards from wear and keep them easy to read.
Practical storage tip for daily use
Keep new business cards in a separate stack first before sorting them alphabetically. This prevents you from having to search through the entire folder for the right letter during busy periods. The black matt finish with line texture makes the folder professional enough for use during business appointments.
