When should you choose triangular colouring pencils?
Triangular colouring pencils are specially designed to teach children the correct pencil grip. Thanks to the triangular shape, the fingers automatically rest in the right place, which is essential for developing a good writing posture. You choose this type of pencil when your child starts drawing and colouring, or when an occupational therapist recommends it.

Why specifically for right-handers?
These STABILO EASYcolors are designed for right-handed children, with grip zones that fit perfectly with the natural hand position of right-handers. The placement of the anti-slip ridges ensures that right-handed children have optimal control while colouring. For left-handed children, a separate version of this pencil is available.

Practical benefits of the design
The non-slip grip zones prevent the pencil from slipping away during use, even with small children's hands. The name panel makes it easy to personalise the pencil and prevent it from getting lost at school or at home. The barrel colour matches the lead colour, so children can quickly find the right colour.

Ideal for beginner colourers
With a 4.2 mm lead and a length of 175 mm, this pencil has the perfect dimensions for children's hands. The thick lead breaks less easily than thin leads and gives beautiful colour coverage. You get the best results using this pencil in combination with the other colours from the EASYcolors range for a complete colouring experience.
