Keep out draughts and damp with this self-adhesive sealing strip! Quick to fit, it insulates perfectly against cold and heat, and bridges gaps of 1 to 5 mm with no fuss.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need foam rubber sealing?
Foam rubber sealing is used to seal gaps and cracks between windows, doors or other building parts. This tesa Moll strip prevents draughts, heat loss and moisture penetration through insulation against cold, heat and humidity. You need this product when you want to reduce energy loss or improve comfort.
Ideal for medium gaps of 1 to 5 mm
This variant is specially designed for medium gaps between 1.0 and 5.0 mm wide. The strip has a thickness of 6.0 mm and is soft and elastic, so it fits perfectly over uneven surfaces. These properties allow you to effectively seal gaps that are too large for thin strips but too small for thick profiles.
Self-adhesive and weather-resistant material
The foam material is UV and temperature resistant from -50 to +60 degrees, so the seal performs well both indoors and outdoors. The self-adhesive backing ensures quick fitting without tools. You can easily remove the strip after use without damaging the surface.
Practical tip for long-term use
Please note that this seal has a shelf life of 1 to 2 years, depending on conditions. Always measure the width of your gaps first before applying the strip. With a length of 10 metres, you have enough material for multiple windows or doors.
