When do you choose this product?
When do you need a safety cutter?
Use a safety cutter whenever safety comes first when cutting cardboard, film or other materials. This professional cutting tool is indispensable in warehouses, offices and workshops where packages are regularly unpacked or materials need to be cut through. The automatic blade retraction ensures the blade slides back immediately as soon as you release the pressure.
Why choose this 19 mm size?
The 19 mm blade offers the ideal balance between cutting power and control. This width is powerful enough for thicker materials such as corrugated cardboard, yet remains manoeuvrable for more precise cutting tasks. The WEDO Safety-Cutter PLUS combines this effective blade width with advanced safety features.
Automatic blade retraction for maximum safety
The automatic blade retraction system is the most important safety feature of this cutter. As soon as you release the lever, the blade immediately retracts into the housing. This effectively prevents accidents and cuts. The lockable function during non-use offers extra peace of mind during storage and transport.
Durable construction with ease of use
The zinc alloy housing and metal blade guide ensure long-lasting reliability. The grip zone provides a firm hold, even during intensive use. At dimensions of 60 x 22 x 166 mm, the tool sits comfortably in the hand and is compact enough for toolboxes or workstations.
