When do you need a flat brush?
Flat brushes are indispensable for renovation work and industrial applications where you need to apply paint, varnishes or other liquids evenly. You use them for painting walls, woodwork and metal surfaces, where the broad shape ensures efficient coverage of larger areas.

The benefit of size 5 and mixed bristles
Size 5 gives you the right balance between versatility and control, making this brush suitable for various types of painting work without feeling too heavy or too light. These brushes have mixed bristles with 50% natural bristle and 50% synthetic bristle. This combination gives you the best of both worlds: the natural bristles ensure good paint pick-up and release, while the synthetic bristles ensure durability and retention of shape during long-term use.

Suitable for a variety of materials
You can use these brushes for wall paint and solvent-based varnishes. The varnished wooden handle and the tinplate ferrule make the brush sturdy and resistant to various liquids.
