What does this lid do and when do you need it?
This APS lid is specially designed for GN 1/3 containers and helps you keep food warm, protect it from drying out and cover it hygienically. You need this lid when you run buffets, catering services or professional kitchens where food needs to be presented for longer periods.

Why choose this particular GN 1/3 size?
With dimensions of 325×176×30 mm, this lid fits standard GN 1/3 containers perfectly. This size is ideal for smaller portions, side dishes, or when you want to keep different dishes separate in your buffet display. The compact size makes efficient use of your available space.

Stainless steel without a spoon notch: practical and hygienic
This lid is made of stainless steel and deliberately has no spoon notch. This means you have a fully closed lid that offers maximum protection against contamination and heat loss. The smooth surface is easy to clean and prevents bacteria from settling in recesses.

Handy cleaning tip for everyday use
The lid is dishwasher safe, which saves time in busy kitchen environments. Because there is no spoon notch, there are no hard-to-reach corners during cleaning. Make sure you always let the lid dry completely before storing it, to prevent water spots on the stainless steel.
