For professional kitchen organisation
This GN 1/6 container is designed for professional kitchens where you want to store and present ingredients, prepared dishes or sauces in an orderly way. You need this size when you want to store smaller portions in your gastronorm container system, or when you want to keep different components separate in your refrigerated display or bain-marie.

Why choose the 1/6 size
The compact 1/6 size of 176×162×150 mm fits perfectly into standard gastronorm holders and takes up little space. With a capacity of 2.4 litres, this container offers ample room for garnishes, sauces, small side dishes or pre-portioned ingredients. This size is ideal when you want to store many different items at once without wasting large containers on small quantities.

Stainless steel for intensive use
The container is made from chrome-nickel stainless steel with an electropolished finish that gives a satin-matt appearance. This material withstands daily intensive use in professional environments and retains its appearance even after many washes. The stainless properties ensure that the container does not absorb flavours or odours from different foodstuffs.

Practical in use and maintenance
Thanks to its stackable design, you can store several containers efficiently when they are not in use. The container is dishwasher safe, which considerably speeds up the daily cleaning process in busy kitchens. Please note that this is a standard gastronorm size, so check whether your current holders and racks are suitable for the 1/6 size.
