Self-copying sublease agreement that makes record-keeping easy. With a carbon copy, you get a copy for your own archive straight away, neatly organised in a form book.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sublease contract?
A sublease contract is essential when, as a tenant, you sublet part of your rented home or room to a third party. This form ensures clear agreements between you as the main tenant and the subtenant on matters such as rent, use of the space and responsibilities.
Why choose this self-copying A4 format?
This form book offers the advantage of self-copying paper, so you automatically receive a copy without carbon paper or any extra steps. The A4 format provides ample space for all the important contract details and conditions. With 5 contracts per pack, you have several forms available straight away for different sublease agreements.
How does the self-copying system work?
The self-copying paper ensures that everything you write on the top sheet is automatically transferred to the sheet underneath. This means both parties immediately receive an identical copy of the signed contract. You don't need to use a photocopier, and it prevents errors when copying details by hand.
Practical tip for use
Use a ballpoint pen with sufficient pressure to ensure all the information comes through clearly on the copy. After filling in the form, check that both copies are fully legible before the contract is signed. Keep your copy safe, as it serves as your legal proof of the sublease agreement.
