When do you need colour ink?
This Canon CL-546XL colour ink cartridge allows you to print colour photos and documents on your Canon Pixma printer. You need this specific cartridge when your printer indicates that the colour ink is empty or nearly empty. The cartridge contains the three basic colours (cyan, magenta and yellow), which together can reproduce all colours.

Advantage of the XL version
The CL-546XL is the extra-large version of the standard CL-546 cartridge. With 13 ml of ink, you can print approximately 300 pages, which is considerably more than the standard version. This makes this cartridge more cost-effective per print, especially if you regularly print colour work such as presentations, photos, or school and work projects.

Compatibility with your printer
This cartridge is specifically suitable for Canon Pixma models such as the MG2450, MG2550 and TS3150. It is important that you choose the right cartridge, as each printer series uses its own cartridge type. The OEM code 8288B001 guarantees that you receive an original Canon cartridge that fits perfectly with the specifications of your printer.

Practical installation tip
Please note that this colour cartridge is often combined with a black cartridge such as the PG-40BK. Before ordering, check whether you still have enough black ink, so that you can replace both cartridges at the same time. This prevents your printer from stopping again shortly after replacing the colour cartridge due to empty black ink.
