When should you choose drawing paper with a soft grain?
Drawing paper with a soft grain is ideal when you work with dry drawing tools such as pencil, charcoal, pastel or chalk. The lightly textured surface helps the material adhere better to the paper, giving you greater control over shadows and texture effects. This type of paper is perfect for portrait drawings, landscapes and artistic sketches where you want to create subtle transitions.

Why choose this 50×65 cm size?
The 50×65 cm size gives you enough room for detailed drawings without the paper becoming unwieldy. This size is large enough for serious drawing and design work, yet remains practical for use on a drawing board or large desk. With 25 sheets in the pack, you have stock for several projects without needing a lot of storage space.

What does the 224 g/m² paper weight mean?
The 224 g/m² weight makes this a sturdy drawing paper that withstands intensive erasing and multiple layers of material. The paper does not curl easily and stays flat while you draw. This thickness prevents the paper from tearing when working with dry materials that require a bit more pressure, such as charcoal or pastel pencils.

Practical storage tip for the best results
Store the drawing paper flat in a dry place to prevent curling and creasing. The soft grain can be sensitive to moisture, so keep the paper in its original packaging until use. For the best results, you can stretch the paper onto a drawing board or secure it with clips.
