You'll be taking this sketchbook everywhere. The sturdy hardcover and double spiral binding keep the book in shape, while the acid-free paper responds perfectly to pencil, charcoal and pastel.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a professional sketchbook?
This sketchbook is ideal for artists, students and hobbyists who draw and sketch regularly. The hardcover finish provides sturdy support, so you can also draw standing up or on the go without the paper bending.
Why A4 format with 100 sheets?
The A4 format of 210 x 297 mm gives you enough space for detailed drawings without the book becoming unwieldy in size. With 100 sheets, you can enjoy drawing for a long time and won't need to buy a new sketchbook in a hurry. The double spiral along the long side lets you fold the book completely flat.
Why this particular paper is suitable
The ivory-white paper has a weight of 90 g/m² and a slightly textured surface, which ensures optimal grip for a variety of drawing materials. The acid-free paper guarantees that your drawings won't discolour or yellow over time. The paper has a high bulk, meaning it feels thicker and sturdier than standard drawing paper.
Compatibility with drawing materials
This sketchbook is specially developed for dry drawing techniques such as pencil, charcoal, chalk, sanguine and pastel. The slightly textured structure ensures these materials adhere well to the paper, allowing you to create precise lines and smooth shading. For wet techniques such as watercolour, however, this paper is not suitable.
