This flexible brush tip always springs back into shape, so you can draw smooth lines from thin to thick. Durable too, as the body is made from recycled ocean plastic.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The FIBRALO Brush BOTANIC is a brush pen with a flexible brush tip, suitable for anyone who draws, letters or illustrates with variation in line thickness. Thanks to the flexible tip, you can go from thin to thick within a single stroke, which is handy for brush lettering or adding accents to a drawing. The tip springs back to its original shape after each brush stroke, allowing you to keep working consistently without the tip becoming stretched or deformed.
Why this line width and set of 6 pieces?
With a line width of 0.5 to 5 mm, you can cover both fine details and broader brush strokes with the same pen. This makes the instrument suitable for both precision work and more expressive brushwork, without having to switch between multiple pens. The set of 6 pieces gives you a ready-made base of colours or shades to vary with in a drawing or design.
Ink and material: what does this mean for use?
The ink is water-based, which means you can combine the pen with watercolour techniques and that the ink behaves differently from permanent, solvent-based ink. This is relevant if you use the pen on paper where you want smooth transitions or subtle blurring effects. Bear in mind that water-based ink may be more sensitive to moisture than permanent ink.
