When do you choose this product?

When do you need Cat 6 network cables?
Cat 6 network cables are used to set up a wired network between routers, switches, computers and other network equipment. These S/FTP cables are suitable for professional network installations where you need reliable connections without interference from outside.

Why choose 1 metre cables in a 10-pack?
The 1 metre length is ideal for short connections in server cabinets, between equipment on the same desk or for patch panels. With this 10-pack, you have enough cables straight away for a complete network installation without having to order individual cables.

What does S/FTP shielding mean?
The S/FTP design offers double protection against electromagnetic interference, with both overall shielding and shielding per wire pair. This ensures stable data transmission, which is especially important in environments with a lot of electronic equipment that can cause interference.

Practical details for use
The cables have RJ45 connectors with strain relief and locking protection, which prevents breakage and accidental disconnection. The material is LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), meaning no toxic fumes are released in the event of a fire. The copper conductors with AWG 27/7 specification provide good conductivity and cable flexibility.
