When do you choose this product?

When do you need a shielded Cat. 6 network cable?
This DIGITUS network cable is suitable for business networks where you need reliable data connections over longer distances. At 20 metres in length, this cable easily bridges the distance between network cabinets, workstations or between different floors. The Cat. 6 specification ensures stable connections up to 1 Gigabit.

Why choose S/FTP shielding?
This cable has double shielding: both per wire pair (metal foil) and an overall braided shield (PIMF). This protects your network connection against electromagnetic interference from other devices, which is especially important in office environments with a lot of electronics. The 1:1 wiring guarantees that both ends are connected identically.

Durable construction for professional use
The RJ45 connectors feature strain relief and kink protection, making the cable resistant to daily use and frequent connecting and disconnecting. The length marking on the connectors helps you identify the right cable in complex network installations.

Practical installation tip
Look for the red connectors for easy recognition in your network installation. The twisted pair construction with AWG 27/7 specification ensures optimal signal transmission. This cable replaces the previous model DK-1641-200 and is suitable for standard network ports and switches.
