What does this product do?
Cat 6 S/FTP network cables are used for reliable internet connections between devices and network equipment. These professional cables are suitable for both data transfer and Power over Ethernet (PoE+), so you can connect devices such as IP cameras, access points and VoIP phones without a separate power cable.

Why this short length of 0.25 metres?
At a length of 0.25 metres, these cables are ideal for short connections in server cabinets, patch panels or between devices standing close together. This prevents unnecessary cable clutter and keeps your installation tidy. The pack contains 10 pieces straight away, which is handy for larger installations or as spare stock.

Benefits of the double shielding
The S/FTP design means that both the individual wire pairs and the entire cable are shielded with metal foil and braiding. This provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference, which is essential in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The copper conductors with AWG 27/7 specification ensure stable signal transmission.

Practical installation details
The RJ45 connectors feature transparent red housings with strain relief and kink protection. The LSZH sheath produces less smoke and toxic gases when heated, which is important for office and server environments. Thanks to the built-in protection of the click levers, the connectors stay securely locked, even with frequent plugging and unplugging.
