What does this network cable do and when do you need it?
An S/FTP network cable connects your router, switch and devices such as computers or printers. This blue 10-metre cable is handy when you need to connect devices at a greater distance from your network point, for example in another room or on another floor.

Why choose S/FTP shielding?
This cable has S/FTP shielding. This means that each wire pair is individually shielded and that the cable also has an overall screen.

Design of the connectors
The RJ45 plugs are fitted with latch protection. Both ends have boots with strain relief and kink protection.

Practical considerations for installation
The sheath is of the LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) type, a halogen-free sheath. The cable has AWG 26/7 conductors in a twisted pair construction with a 1:1 wiring layout.
