When do you choose this product?

What does a Cat. 6 S/FTP network cable do?
This network cable provides a stable internet connection between your router, switch or modem and network devices such as computers, printers or NAS systems. Cat. 6 cables are suitable for speeds up to 1 Gigabit and are the standard for modern business networks and home offices.

Why choose a 7-metre length?
At 7 metres, you have enough cable length for most office layouts without unnecessary excess cable. This length is ideal for connections between different rooms, from the meter cupboard to your workstation, or for bridging longer distances in an office space.

Double shielding against interference
The S/FTP version offers two layers of protection: each wire pair is enclosed in its own metal foil (PIMF) plus an additional braided screen around all the wires. This prevents interference from other electrical devices and ensures reliable data transmission, which is especially important in environments with a lot of electronic equipment.

Practical details for use
The cable has a 1:1 pin configuration, meaning both ends are wired identically – the standard for network cables. The boots are fitted with strain relief and have length markings, which makes the cable more durable and simplifies installation. Please note: the plugs are coloured red, which differs from the usual transparent or blue connectors.
