When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
A Cat. 6A network cable is used to connect devices with high network speeds to your router, switch or modem. This cable is suitable when you want to make the most of your maximum internet speed for gaming, streaming or working from home. With a transfer speed of 10 Gbit/s, you can transfer large files lightning-fast between devices on your network.

Why choose this slim design?
This DIGITUS cable has a diameter of just 3.8 mm, which makes it much thinner than standard network cables. The slim and flexible design allows you to easily guide the cable through tight spaces without it feeling bulky or unwieldy. The 1.0 metre length is ideal for short distances, such as between your computer and office switch or between devices in an entertainment centre.

Reliable F/FTP shielding
The F/FTP shielding protects the signal against electromagnetic interference from other devices. This means you maintain a stable connection, even in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The cable operates at a frequency of 500 MHz, which is sufficient for the 10 Gbit/s speed that this Cat. 6A cable delivers.

Note the RJ45 connector
This cable is fitted with standard RJ45 plugs that fit all common network ports. The AWG 32/7 specification indicates that thin copper wires are used, which contributes to the flexibility. Do check that your devices support Cat. 6A to get the most out of the high speed.
