This slim patch cable keeps your network cabinet tidy and saves space in the cable tray. With 10 Gbit/s and 500 MHz speed, you effortlessly future-proof your setup, and the flexible LSZH design makes installation a breeze.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a Cat. 6A patch cable?
A Cat. 6A patch cable is used to connect network equipment in professional environments where high speeds are crucial. This cable is ideal for server cabinets, workstations and network switches where you need maximum performance. With a transmission speed of 10 Gbit/s and a frequency of 500 MHz, this cable delivers the bandwidth that modern networks require.
Why choose the slim 3.8 mm design?
This patch cable has an overall diameter of just 3.8 mm, making it much thinner than standard network cables. This slim and flexible design is perfect for densely packed server cabinets where space is scarce. You can route more cables through the same cable tray and maintain improved airflow in your rack.
F/FTP shielding for stable connections
The F/FTP construction provides double protection against electromagnetic interference. This means you maintain a stable network connection even in environments with lots of electrical equipment. The AWG 32/7 specification indicates that the cable consists of seven thin wires, which contributes to flexibility without any loss of performance.
Practical considerations when using
This 2.0 metre cable is suitable for connections within the same rack or between nearby devices. Please note that both network devices must have RJ45 ports – this is standard for modern switches and servers. The blue colour helps you organise your network infrastructure, especially if you use different colours for different functions.
