What is a clip folder and when do you need one?
A clip folder such as this DURABLE Swingclip keeps loose documents firmly together without you having to punch any holes. You use one when you want to temporarily bundle papers, put together presentations, or transport documents that you still need to amend or separate later on.

Why choose the A4 format with swingclip?
The A4 format fits standard office paper and ensures your documents stay neatly protected. The swingclip technology means the metal clip can fold away, so the folder stores flat in filing cabinets or drawers without the clip being damaged or scratching other documents.

Transparent folder with dark blue clip
The transparent version of this clip folder lets you see straight away which documents are inside, without having to open it. This saves time when searching for specific papers. The dark blue clip gives a professional look and stands out nicely against the transparent background.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
It is best to store clip folders upright in a document rack or hanging file, so you can see the contents quickly and the clips are not put under strain. Thanks to the swingclip function, you can also lay them flat in a drawer between other folders without the folded clip taking up any extra space.
