When do you need a transparent clip folder?

You use a clip folder when you want to temporarily bundle documents without punching holes in them. This is ideal for presentations, reports or project documents that you need to consult or amend regularly. The transparent design lets you see the contents directly without opening the folder.

Why choose transparent with a coloured clip?

This DURABLE Swingclip combines the benefits of a see-through folder with an eye-catching orange clip. The transparent material keeps your documents visible, while the coloured clip makes it quick to tell different folders apart. This is handy when you are managing several projects at the same time.

How does the swingclip system work?

The swingclip is a movable clamp that you can easily open and close without damaging your documents. You can clamp up to approximately 30 sheets of paper, depending on the paper thickness. The system works without punching, so your documents stay intact for filing or further editing.

Practical use for A4 documents

This clip folder is suitable for standard A4-size documents such as letters, contracts and reports. The transparent material withstands daily use, and the orange clip remains clearly visible in filing cabinets or on your desk. Store the folder flat to prevent the clip from warping.
