When do you need a document folder with a snap fastener?
A document folder with a snap fastener is useful when you want to store and transport A4 documents securely without them falling out. The snap fastener keeps the folder closed, even if you hold it upside down or put it in a bag. This type of folder is ideal for organising project documents, contracts or other important papers that you need regularly.

Why choose a 20 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 20 mm, this ELBA folder offers room for a fair number of documents per project or subject, without the folder becoming too thick to handle easily. You can comfortably fit several documents in it without the folder bulging.

Advantages of the snap fastener
The snap fastener on this ELBA folder opens and closes easily with a single movement, yet holds your documents firmly. Unlike elastic bands, which can break or stretch, a snap fastener remains reliable for years. It also prevents documents from shifting or creasing during transport.

Practical storage tip
Store the folder upright in a document holder or filing cabinet, so you can see the spine and quickly find the right file. The black colour is professional and dirt-resistant, so the folder keeps looking neat for a long time.
