What does a document folder do, and when do you need one?
A document folder is used to keep loose documents organised together during transport or temporary storage. You need one when you regularly have to take documents to meetings, clients or between different workplaces, without wanting to carry a heavy ring binder.

Why choose this A4 format with a 30 mm capacity?
The A4 format fits standard office paper and documents perfectly. The 30 mm capacity offers enough room for a good stack of paper, roughly 300 sheets of standard copier paper. This makes the folder suitable for medium-sized projects or presentations without becoming unwieldy in thickness.

Press-stud closure for reliable protection
This ELBA document folder features a press-stud closure that keeps your documents safely in place. The press stud ensures the folder stays firmly closed, even if you put it in a bag or take it along. This prevents important papers from falling out during transport.

Practical tip for everyday use
Store this black document folder upright in your office drawer or document tray for easy access. Thanks to the neutral black colour, it suits professional environments and doesn't stand out among other office supplies. Check regularly that the press stud closes properly to maintain optimal protection.
