When should you choose suspension files with a side closure?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping A4 documents neatly organised in a suspension file cabinet or drawer. These ELBA suspension files have a side closure, so your documents are fully protected against falling out. This makes them ideal for storing important contracts, invoices or files that you need to consult regularly without the risk of losing papers.

Why choose this size and quantity?
With dimensions of 318 x 6 x 240 mm, these suspension files fit perfectly in standard suspension file systems for A4 format. The pack of 25 pieces is practical for setting up a complete filing system or topping up your existing stock. You immediately have enough files to store an entire document category or several projects in an organised way.

Sturdiness thanks to 240 g/m² cardboard
The 240 g/m² cardboard ensures that these suspension files withstand intensive use. This material thickness prevents the files from sagging, even when storing thicker documents or bundles. The red colour helps you create a colour-coded filing system, so you can find the right documents more quickly.

Practical organisation support included
Each suspension file is supplied with a visibility tab and labels, so you can start labelling and organising straight away. The organisation print on the file offers extra structure for sorting your documents. This saves time when setting up your filing system and gives your document management a professional appearance.
