When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are essential for keeping documents well organised in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You use them when you have many loose papers that you want to organise by subject, client or project. These ELBA suspension files are suitable for A4 size documents and ensure you can quickly find the right information.

Why choose closed sides?
These suspension files have fully closed sides, which means documents cannot fall out of the files or shift. This type is ideal when you often move the files or when you store valuable documents that need extra protection. The closed construction keeps everything neatly in place.

Extra strong 240 gram cardboard
The 240 gram per square metre cardboard makes these suspension files extremely resistant to daily use. They keep their shape even under heavy use and will last for years, even when you regularly take them in and out of suspension file cabinets. This sturdy material prevents tearing and sagging.

Complete set with all necessary accessories
Each suspension file is supplied with tabs and labels, so you can start organising straight away. The organisational print on the file helps you systematically arrange documents. With dimensions of 318 x 6 x 240 mm, they fit perfectly in standard suspension file systems. You receive 25 pieces in one pack, enough for a complete filing system.
