When do you need insert cards?
Insert cards are used to keep loose documents neatly organised in folders or archive boxes. They protect your papers from creases and ensure everything stays in its place. This is ideal for organising contracts, quotes, correspondence or other important documents that you need to consult regularly.

Why choose the half front flap variant?
These ELBA insert cards have a half front flap on the front. This means the flap only reaches halfway down the document, so you can see the top half of your papers straight away without opening the card. You recognise documents more quickly and need to search less in your archive.

Practical benefit of the orange colour
The orange colour makes these insert cards easy to spot among other documents. You can use them to set up your own colour coding for different categories of documents, making your filing system even clearer. The cardboard material is sturdy enough to protect the documents well.

Efficient office stock
With 50 pieces in one pack, you have enough stock for a complete filing system. This quantity is practical for medium-sized offices or for those who regularly create new files. You won't need to reorder stock often and will always have enough insert cards on hand when you need to file new documents.
